-Hearing Protection - For those with more sensitive hearing inner and outer is recommended.
-Safety Glasses, Eye protection with side shields( if you need prescription glasses I have side shields I can lend you.)
-Hat, ball cap required.
-High Collar Shirt - Long sleeve and pants recommended.(PANTS WITH BELT LOOPS)
-Coat, Jacket, sweater, light button up shirt; some kind of concealment to cover your belt line. You will be learning your drawstroke from concealment.
Dress for the weather!

Water resistant heavy coat with no draw strings/toggles on the bottom. If your coat has them, cut them off.
-Thermal wear if applicable.
-Gloves - First Tactical makes some great gloves for shooting and keeping warm. They should be tight to fit. Not bulky.
-Boots/shoes with ankle support.
-Sunscreen
-Gun Holster that fits your gun and fully covers the trigger gaurd. Soft cloth/plastic and Serpa's are NOT recommended.
-Mag Pouch/es for two spare mags.
-Sturdy Belt - I highly recommend Comptac's belt. Be sure to get the taper. Its great!
-3 magazines
-300 rounds
.380 is the minimum caliber we allow.
-Blade - pick a blade you know and are comfortable with. ( we want you to get comfortable with always having a blade on you. It's another tool at your disposal)
-Flashlight - 500+ lumens. It is recommended you pick a Flashlight with only an on/off option and the button on the back that protrudes.
The Powertac M5, E9, E11 or Cadet are affordable options and they run great. The Warrior from Olight is another great option. Programmable. They fit comfortably in women's shallow jean pockets.
The Cadet is brand new and it fits the best.
It is recommended to train how you normally dress. This course curriculum is for the regular everyday citizen.
Bring a lunch, plenty of snacks and lots to drink.
First day we will go till after dark.
2nd day we should wrap up around 5pm.
We start both days at 9am.
